So spring break went by way too fast. I need another week to finish all my work and really catch up on rest. Alas, that didn’t happen. I got about half the rest I needed and finished about half the work I needed to do. Fun times. Starting tomorrow it’s back to the grind of classes and homework and thesis, but I don’t have rehearsal. This is good and bad. I’ll have more time to do homework and meetings during the week, but I won’t have rehearsal to go to or lines to learn or anything fun like that. I do love having rehearsal, as much as I complain about it when everything else gets in the way of theatre (not the other way around).
I looked into some more grad schools this week and loved the program at NYU. It looks great. Plus, they have successful alumni who I like. Always a good sign.
I finished a pair of socks the other night. They’re adorable and warm and comfy. I would have loved to spend the whole week doing nothing but knitting and watching Touching Evil (starring Jeffrey Donovan. NYU alum).
Alright, time to get to sleep so I won’t be a total wreck for the first day back from break.
Oh, any suggestions on what to do this summer or for the next couple years? After that I’m going to grad school, but I need something to hold me over until then. Preferably job related that pays well
