Undergrad classes = over! April 30, 2009

I had my last class of undergrad this morning. The best part was that it was my yoga class. Way to finish 4 years of school. haha. I still have some finals, but I’m almost done! Still job hunting though…

Time to watch Pride and Prejudice before working on cover letters. Wish me luck!

I did finish my needlepoint, but I can’t find it. I don’t know where it went and it’s nothering me. Alas.

My last class is yoga on Thursday. Holy crap, it’s soon!

In more exciting news, I finished a pair of socks last night. I’m resisting the urge to start new ones that aren’t for anyone when I have a couple birthday presents to work on. EEK! I’ll take pictures soon. And if I can find my needlepoint, I’ll take pictures of that, too. Time for me to go to bed. Yay!

Almost done with college. This is crazy! In preparation for finishing school I have two presentations and two papers this week. Wish me luck! I’ll have knitting pictures soon. Oh, and I learned how to needlepoint. woohoo!

SNOW?!?!?!? April 6, 2009

There is snow everywhere. I’m not talking a light dusting of snow, no. I’m talking SEVERAL INCHES of fluffy white snow all over everything. I am NOT okay with this. Seriously, it’s April. We should not have this much snow.

Anyway, I did go to Chicago over the weekend with a class, and it was fun. I found a yarn store but alas, they were not open. I’ve just been knitting away on some socks, and makig minor changes to my thesis. I have to turn it in tomorrow, so woohoo!

Almost done! April 2, 2009

I am so close to being done with my thesis, I can taste it! That is the reason it seems like I’ve fallen off the face of the Earth. Blame the thesis. Though after Tuesday it will be over. No matter what, I have to turn it in that day. So close! I’m going to Chicago with a class tomorrow and Saturday so I have to go finish my last draft tonight. I’m off to do that, but here are a few new knitting pictures. Enjoy!
